A. Simply find the magazine(s) you want to order using our search functions or category pages. Click on Add to Cart under the magazine that you would like to order and you will be taken to our Shopping Cart. In the Shopping Cart you can remove magazines, Continue Shopping, or proceed to Checkout. During the Checkout process you can select magazines to be sent as gifts or to a different address, and indicate whether each magazine is a new subscription or renewal of an existing subscription. After we gather your address and billing information and your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Q. Does the price of each magazine include shipping, handling, and tax?
A. Yes. Shipping, handling, and tax are included in the price. If the price is $9.97, you pay only $9.97. There are no hiiden fees.
Q. How soon will my magazines begin service after I place the order?
A. On average, the first issue will arrive within three to ten weeks from the time the order is placed. Specifically, arrival times will vary based on the type of magazine ordered:
-Weeklies take three to six weeks to start.
-Monthlies and bi-weeklies take five to ten weeks to start.
-Bi-monthlies or quarterlies take ten to sixteen weeks to start.
-Daily newspapers take two to five weeks to start.
Regardless of the type of publication, the maximum time to receive the first issue will not exceed sixteen weeks.
This time frame applies to both new subscriptions and renewals.
Q. Are all the titles you carry listed on your site?
A. A few publishers do not allow their titles to be sold on our Internet site. Please contact us if you can not find a specific magazine.
Q. Can I renew with your company even though my last order was placed with a different company or with the publisher directly?
A. YES, you can! Place your order as usual, indicating it is a renewal in the Shopping Cart, and it will be tacked on to the end of your current subscription. Please make sure that your name and address are entered exactly the way they appear on your current subscription label.
Q. If I live outside the United States, can I order through your service?
A. We do not currently accept orders to be delivered outside of the United States and its territories.
Q. Do you automatically renew my magazine(s) every year?
A. No. We will let you know when your subscription is close to expiration and you will be able to renew if you like.
Q. How early should I renew my subscription so I don't have a break in service of issues?
A. To ensure uninterrupted service, you should renew daily and weekly subscriptions four to six weeks before the expiration date. Monthly magazines should be renewed eight to ten weeks before they expire. You can always renew earlier to ensure uninterrupted service and to protect against possible price increases. For your convenience, we will send you periodic statement summaries indicating approaching expirations.
Q. Will I receive duplicate issues of my magazine if I renew before the original subscription expires?
A. You should not receive duplicate issues. If you do receive duplicates, let us know and we will contact the publisher to have them fix the error. You will not be charged for any of the duplicate issues, and you will receive the full terms you've paid for.
Q. Why am I billed before I receive the magazine?
A. The publishers require payment from us before they will process your order. We forward payment to the publisher on your behalf. This is why we must receive payment before your order can be processed.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted by AccessMagazines.com?
A. We accept credit or debit cards sponsored by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club. We also accept online checks. All of our orders are processed securely through 2checkout.com.

Q. How do I change my address?
A. Simply contact us and provide your new address and we will change your address in our system and contact the publishers of your magazines for you. It takes 6 to 10 weeks for the change to take affect on your magazine labels. If you are moving sooner than this time frame, file a Change of Address order with your local post office and specify that you would like your magazines forwarded.
Q. Will I receive the magazine on the same day of the week/month each time an issue is delivered?
A. No. Unfortunately, postal service delivery is not that consistent.
Q. What should I do if I have problems with my magazine, for example, I miss an issue, receive duplicates, or receive a damaged copy?
A. Contact us and we will contact the publisher for you to help resolve the problem.
Q. Will I receive my magazine in the mail before it appears on the newsstand?
A. Most magazines are sent to subscribers around the same time they hit the newsstand, but it varies depending on the policies of the individual publisher. Where you live and how your particular post office handles delivery of periodicals can also be a factor. Also, retail stores will occasionally put magazines on their shelves before the published date. Should you have any questions or problems regarding delivery dates, don't hesitate to contact us.
